At Rep’s Kitchen, we cook everything from Creole seafood gumbo to hibachi, pastas, and soulful comfort food — because cooking is what we love. But right now, we’re bringing it back to our roots and focusing on what we do best:

Real Barbecue Done Right!

As a small, family-run mobile kitchen, we are currently operating with a barbecue-focused menu every Saturday and Sunday while we grow toward our future brick-and-mortar location. This allows us to stay consistent, serve faster, and make sure every plate hits the way it’s supposed to.

Once a month, we will switch things up with a Weekend Special Feature, where Rep steps outside the pit to highlight favorites like gumbo, hibachi, or other signature cuisines. So don’t worry — those flavors aren’t gone… they just pull up as special guests. 🔥
